28 weeks!
Today I had my 28 week appointment. I wasn't really excited for this one because this time I had to do that annoying diabetes test. So I couldn't eat two hours before the test, and had to drink that lovely drink an hour before. Anyway, my midwife said everything is looking good so far but I am measuring at 32 weeks. I only gained 2lbs. this time so she said she would give it two more weeks, and if I was still measuring ahead, she will order another ultra sound. (hopefully it's not one of those 90% babies that might as well be two! ) She listened to the heartbeat and it was 144-152 which is good. She also said that she thinks that the way she can feel the baby in my belly, baby is breech. I am not worried about baby being breech, because baby still has time to turn itself. If for some reason baby doesn't turn, then I have a wonderful "foot lady" that will help me out with that! Other than that, we just have to wait for the test results to come back for diabetes and see what the next 2 weeks brings us!

Sounds great! I don't think Bethany was head down till a little closer to the due date, so I wouldn't worry at all. I can't believe you're 28 weeks! I'm so excited!!! That baby will be here before you know it!! Glad everything is going so well. :)
Glad to hear that the check-up went well..and maybe you'll just have that baby before La and Wes get out here and you'll all get to enjoy it! Maybe it's just big so it can come early....;) Good luck on the diabetes results, I'm sure they're fine too! :)
We are happy to hear that everything is going well with the pregnancy! If the baby comes soon maybe we could sneek up and see it during spring break!! That gives you until March 17th!! If not, we will try and come up soon after the baby is born and see it. We love you and take care!
Ah, the lovely orange drink. At least mine was orange. I hear they have made several attempts to improve the taste. How was it? I was hungry in the morning and I ate anyways and still passed with flying colors! Leave it to me to not be able to fast for one morning. Lisa and Matt's baby was breech and never turned so it was a C-Section. They have many ways to turn the baby if it doesn't go on its own. Im way excited about your baby! If I knew the sex I could be out shoppin away!

Hey I finally got your blog address! I love it! Now we are all blogging. Have you gotten your diabetes' results back yet? That is such a horrible appointment I remember too but I thought the drink was really good. It tasted like Sunkist.
