Bear Lake

We were able to go to Grandpa Carvers property in Ovid, Idaho. It is just about 30 minutes from the north side of Bear Lake. We followed Ann and Kent on the way up, an stopped in Evanston, Wyoming to meet Andi and the kids. Her poor husband was at Alta View hospital having surgery. We arrived there on Friday night, and set up camp. We enjoyed a little time around the fire, and then we headed to the "cabin" to get some Z's. We were one of the luckier people that got to sleep in a sheltered cabin, because we had a new baby. Baby Eme did such an awesome job and slept all night!!
The following morning, we got up, had some sweet hot chocolate that Grandpa C made, and then it was time for a little gun fun. Grandpa C brought up his gun and some clay pigeons, and we all had a turn to take a shot at it. Eric took the medal for hitting the most pigeons. I however, missed the two I shot at because I stink at aiming!!
After gun shooting, we headed out to enjoy some time at North Beach. We LOVED it there. The kids got in all the swimming time they needed, and the big boys played frisbee and football in the lake. All in all it was an awesome time, and I look forward to doing it again soon!

3 Month Pictures

Even though they should have been up a few weeks ago, I finally got Eme's 3 month pictures taken last night. She is so stinkin cute. I tried to get them done at Target a couple of weeks ago, but she was being a little stinker and would just cry and cry. I think she did that because she wanted me to see the post on Raegie's blog about Ashlee. I am SO glad she was a cry face at Target. Ashlee did an awesome job and I will for sure use her more than once! Check out the little preview at www.ashleebrookephotography.blogspot.com I am too excited about the way they turned out, I can't wait to do this post until I get the pictures! Enjoy!!

Snowbird July 2008

She was wide awake before we headed down to the pool. By the time we got there, this is what Eme looked like!
Soon after we laid her down, she woke up. This is the only reason Brady made it up to Snowbird!~ to take Eme swimmin! Oh man, got to love those Wolfgramm cheeks/round face she got from her mama!
Such a big girl. She just sat up on the couch and watched everyone do their thing!
This was my dream come true...sleeping in till 9!

As many of you know, my family goes up to Snowbird and stays in the Cliff Lodge every year. We love going on vacation so close to home, yet so far away. Sweet Eme LOVES being outside, so I was excited to see how well she did up in the mountains. Well, just as I expected, she was an angel! She even let us sleep in one night until 9!!! Woohoo!
Anyway, anyone who knows my family well, knows that when we vacation, we really vacation. We plan absolutely nothing, and just play it by ear. As a matter of fact, that is how I live my life! lol (my poor husband Brady) We had a great time doing whatever we wanted while we were there. Thanks mom and dad for keeping the timeshare at Snowbird...it's one of our favorites! We hope that you lame Kentucky people come back and join us next year!

Sick Day

(Onsies... the cure all for every outfit....even baby swimming suites!)

A couple of weeks ago, I decided that I was really missing out on Monday's with my girls! So, I woke up one Monday morning and called in sick...because I was sick. Sick and tired of workin all day long and not being with my baby girl!! We went swimming at Haley's house and Eme loved it for the whole 10 minutes she was in the pool. She is such a cutie pitutie! I just wish all the girls could have made it that week, atleast I had half of them there!

The Happy Couple at the pool! Can you believe she is going to be a mother of 2!!!??Sweet Kyndra. She is such a good little girl. And can't wait to be a big sister!Sweet Eme. She is so tuckered out after her first swimming day! Love my baby girl!Check out that cute belly! :)
P.S.
I did have a cute picture of Haley and Carter, but somehow it is missing out of my camera! Sorry Haley, we will have to get another one soon!... I feel a little sickness coming on soon. ;)

Look like my Uncle Wes

I was just looking through my camera, and noticed how many cute pictures of my baby girl were going to waste not being shared! I had to post this one because I think she looks so much like her Uncle Wes. I don't know why, but when he was younger, this is what I'm sure he looked like! What do you think??

Change of view

Just to give everyone a different look here on the blog, I hope you enjoy this picture as much as I do, mom has been a great entertainer to Eme she can always make her laugh and its just not a chuckle either, I try but can usually only get a smile and a noise from her (I think its a charity laugh just to make me feel better) but I know she only laughs for her mom. I have seen the way that Eme loves to be with her mom I can be sitting in a room holding her and looking right at her when all of the sudden mom walks into the room and without hesitation looks and stares right at Mahina. Moms have an interesting magnetism with their children. I take my hat off to the mothers of this world and their ability to give their children everything they require and still do everything else that they need to get done.

Photo Booths!

I recall a time when I was in middle school, and just loved going to the mall. We would get the girls together and find out which mom was going to drop us off, and which mom was going to pick us up! They would leave us at the mall, and we would entertain ourselves for hours. Part of this entertainment was spent in those photo booths they have there. We would make silly faces, "sexy faces", smiley faces etc .
Well folks, fear no more that you have to go the the mall for that goodness! I know an awesome chick that owns one of those booths! She rents them out for ANY occasion. If you would like more information on the photo booth rentals, go to www.smilenowphotobooths.blogspot.com
she just recently did her first wedding rental, and it was a TOTAL hit! EVERYONE got in and had some fun. The booth prints out two copies. One for you, and one for the bride and groom!
