Maybe I am just a lazy mom, but I don't find any joy in the zoo! It's too hot, there are too many people, it stinks, and half the time the animals do NOTHING becuase there is minimal shade for them, and they are exhausted! Maybe it's just that Eme isn't at the age where she gets all excited about the animal thing yet. I don't know, but Bri and Coltin wanted to take Eme to the zoo, so I decided to be a good mom and go with. This is the extent of the zoo...
Eme was eating this banana around the monkey's non the less... and the monkeys started yelling at her! They wanted some of her banana!! So funny. Bananas are one of Eme's favorite things...

How fun! We love the zoo! And, we haven't been yet this year... I know, I'm a bad mom. We need to get it in gear and go see those animals, my kids LOVE it! Glad you had a good time!
