Ahhhhhhh.... the kids. I LOVE my kids!!
Right at this moment in time I couldn't think of a better way to be spending my time. My kids are in the growing stage, which I hear never ends! They are crackin me up and shocking me every day with their knowledge and personalities. Dax is still super whiney at this point, but smarter then snot! He is getting a large vocabulary and more daring in his old age. He repeats a lot of what you say, and it is starting to sound like actual words. He says no, mom, dad, papa, eme, peese (please), bottle and ball, regularly. He repeats other words and phrases all the time. He is thining out, but still runs pretty small in the clothing. He is currently 16 months, and still can't fill out 12 month pants and shorts. He has NO butt to hold them on. We fold the tops, and as ghetto as that looks, it's what we have to do and they still fall off sometimes! Dax is not as good of an eater as Line was, but can still put it away. He spits out a lot of the food he doesn't want to eat, and it drives me BONKERS! I swear the kid would live off milk if I let him!! I haven't given up feeding him real food. Dax is great at bed time, sleeping through the night, and taking naps. If he had any idea that he was the only one that does those three things, he might feel picked on! But, what can I say. I learned my lesson with Line. I have to put them in the routine ASAP, or they will be sleeping in my bed till they're 5! He will thank me one day. He is the happiest boy in the morning. He wakes up around 7:30 and will sit and play in his crib (banging his head) for a while until I go in and get him. Dax is great at entertaining himself for the most part, but has the worst temper! If he doesn't get his way, he will scream, whine, bang his head against whatever is close, throw himself on the floor, etc. You name it, he's probably done it once. It's his little personality, and I love him for it. Overall, he has a pretty good temperament and pretty well mannered. Most the time it's mommy's fault his whining. I either have forgotten to feed him, or not given him enough attention when I get home from work. Dax is such a light in our lives. We love our little Rooney!

He also loves his big sister and is learning a lot of good.. and bad things right along with her!
Line, Line. Right now you are busier, and crazier then ever! You make your mommy and daddy laugh on a daily basis. This morning you woke up with my alarm (yes, you are still in our bed) rolled over and said... "Good morning, Mom". One of my favorites. Then you said, "bush a teeth"? You LOVE brushing your teeth. As awesome as it is.. it also gets annoying. LOL :)
You LOVE your Aunties so much right now. You will do anything and everything to get to one of their houses. You beg, scream and cry. And when they leave without you, you have a melt down. You are still having your weekly sleepovers with Aunt Tina and loving every minute of it. Your imagination is running wild! You do this thing where you get nervous or embarassed and start acting like a cat. You close your eyes, raise you arm to your mouth, and start cleaning it just like a cat would. Hilarious! You also act like a cat or a dog on a daily basis, and can't stop that imagination from running wild. I LOVE IT! You have spent more time with your cousins, and since then, you have been into violence. You hit, kick, punch, jump on, smack and wrestle ANYONE, even if they don't want to. It's your new "thing"! You are so soft hearted, especially when it comes to babies. You get so worried about them, you cry. You cried on Kung Fu Panda 2 when the mom sent her baby away in the river. You have such a huge heart, and I hope you use that in a positive way. You love your family so much already, and even more so when they are all together. You always worry when we drop someone off and they don't get back in the car. You have a huge sence of direction now, and voice your opinion all to often when I turn the other way! (the wrong way in your eyes) Nursery is also a biggie right now. You ask for Nursery almost as much as you ask for Tina's house!! You could go there more than once a week, that's for sure. You are such a joy in our home. We love you Boogs!
