"be careful cart..."

Well, after this incident, I received the mother of the year award!

If you couldn't tell, I was trying to get a good picture of my homeless little girl, with the GIANT goose egg smack dab in the middle of her head! So big, she was having a hard time drinking from a cup because the cup would hit the egg, and stop. hahahaha..I'm really laughing right now and that's ok, because she is healthy now.

How did it happen?? Well, we were at Winco getting some yeast so I could make homemade pizza. Dax was in the front part of the cart, and Line was in the basket part as always. ( I know!) Well, I asked Brady a question about the yeast, then turned around just in time to watch the whole thing unfold, but not enough time to stop it from happening. And in the blink of an eye... SMACK!! I mean SMACK! She did a front flip over the end of the basket and nailed her head right on the floor. When I picked her up (5 seconds tops) the goose egg had started to form. SO SAD. I felt like the biggest ass. Really, I did.

So, we ran her home and put some ice and oils on her head. I threw Lavender on for the bruising and comfort, and Frankincense for the "get better 10X's the speed". It never came out to a bruise, or black eyes thank goodness. The bump however did take a week to get down.

and here is the princess in all her glory. The bloody nose only lasted a few minutes and she was a trooper considering!  Now if you ever hear Line saying, "be careful cart..." you know why!
